Community and Belonging Operations Specialist

Our client, located in the heart of downtown Nashville, is seeking a Community and Belonging Operations Specialist to join their team on a long-term, temporary basis.
This is a vital role for their organization, reporting into their VP of Community Engagement, requiring a strong desire to care for and work within the community.
Duties:

• Coordinate employee engagement programs, including volunteer initiatives, giving efforts, and internal groups
• Track and report on program participation, impact, and budgets
• Manage charitable giving operations, including payments and gift matching support
• Provide administrative support (scheduling, meetings, inbox management, tracking deliverables)
• Support event logistics, volunteer coordination, and partner/vendor research
• Prepare communications and represent the organization in community engagement efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required
• 2 years experience in non-profit management, community engagement, philanthropy, corporate social responsibility, and/or project management
• Proven ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners
• Ability to manage global programs
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and able to adapt to new technology

Title: Community and Belonging Operations Specialist
Location: Downtown Nashville (4 days on-site)
Length of project: through the new year, likely to go through June 2027
Pay: $35-$47/hour depending on experience
