Healthcare Talent Acquisition Partner - High-Volume & Impact

University of Texas Health Science Center

UT Health San Antonio is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the complete recruiting process for high-volume roles in a collaborative environment. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and have at least three years of relevant experience.

In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and maintain talent pipelines while providing an excellent candidate experience.
