Role Description The Director of Operations is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Salt Lake City, UT. This position oversees daily operational activities across the agency, ensuring workflows, processes, and systems support efficient delivery of insurance services. The Director will coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, manage resource allocation, and monitor operational performance metrics to improve productivity and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing and implementing operational policies, managing budgets, supporting compliance with industry regulations, and optimizing customer service standards. The role also involves close collaboration with senior leadership to align operations with strategic goals, support staff development, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Strong Operations Management experience, including process optimization and implementation of efficient workflows. Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting data, tracking KPIs, and making evidence-based decisions. Proven Team Management capabilities, including coaching, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration. Experience with Budgeting, financial oversight, and resource planning in a business or insurance setting. Commitment to high-quality Customer Service, with the ability to resolve issues and enhance client experiences. Background in insurance, financial services, or a related field is strongly preferred. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related discipline; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
