Brad Maier State Farm is seeking a motivated, sales-driven Multiline Representative who enjoys building relationships, uncovering customer needs, and closing business. Licensing Requirement (Job Contingent)

This position is contingent upon successfully obtaining the required state insurance licenses.

Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start date

Life & Health license must be obtained within 30 days of your start date

We provide comprehensive licensing support, including study materials, coaching, exam scheduling guidance, and one-on-one assistance throughout the entire licensing process

$500 Licensing Bonus

Earn a $500 bonus when you obtain both your Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses before your first day of employment.

What You'll Do

Conduct needs-based conversations with prospective and existing customers

Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products

Build long-term customer relationships that drive retention, referrals, and agency growth

Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to strengthen customer protection

Generate new business through referrals, networking, lead follow-up, and community involvement

Follow up consistently to convert quotes into written business

Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity

Work collaboratively with the agency team to exceed production goals

What We're Looking For

Highly motivated, competitive, and driven to exceed sales goals

Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills

Confidence initiating conversations and asking for the business

Self-motivated with excellent follow-up and time management skills

Organized, dependable, and results-oriented

Previous sales, retail sales, business development, customer-facing, or insurance experience preferred
