Accounts Payable Clerk

Summary: Oil field portal billing specialist: Track and receive all invoicing for selected oil field account. Provide real time up to date invoicing status to internal teams. Great relation and communication skills with internal and external teams. Reports to: Profit Center Manager.

Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Experience and competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of general accounting principles. A high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications: 1-3 years of work history.

Working Conditions: This position operates in an office environment that requires sitting and working at a computer workstation for extended periods.

Supervisory Responsibilities: No.

Essential Job Functions: Invoicing. Organizational structure. Attention to detail.

Compensation Range: The compensation range for this position is $25 to $35 hourly.
