About the Role
The Company is in search of an Associate Vice President for Regulatory Reporting. The successful candidate will be tasked with the preparation, analysis, and submission of regulatory reports mandated by U.S. Banking regulators. This pivotal role involves ensuring the accuracy and compliance of regulatory reporting data, as well as coordinating with various internal stakeholders to meet the reporting requirements. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of U.S. Bank regulatory reporting, financial reporting, and compliance frameworks, with a proven track record in preparing a range of regulatory filings. Applicants for this role at The Company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or Master's degree being preferred. A CPA is also preferred. A minimum of 5 years' experience in financial or regulatory reporting within the banking or financial services sector is required, with at least 3 years specifically in U.S. Bank regulatory reporting. The role demands a strong knowledge of U.S. Banking regulatory reporting requirements, experience with various regulatory filings, and proficiency in U.S. GAAP and regulatory reporting principles. Advanced Excel skills, experience with SQL, databases, and regulatory reporting platforms, as well as strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, are essential. Mandarin language skills are a plus.
