Accounts Receivable Representative

Job Overview We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Representative. This role covers all accounts receivable related functions including tracking assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts, planning collection actions, heavy phone activity with customers, locating and contacting debtors regarding payment status, negotiating payoff deadlines or payment plans, handling questions or complaints, investigating and resolving discrepancies, establishing good relationships with customers, updating account status and database regularly, alerting supervisors of customers unwilling or unable to pay, and complying with required legal actions when unavoidable.
