Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance that prioritizes your well-being as a clinician. The counseling sessions will be conducted through our secure telehealth platform, ensuring confidentiality and ease of communication. Your working hours will be Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with no required evenings or weekends, fostering a healthy work schedule that promotes personal wellness alongside professional responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a full caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing rapport while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, evaluate stability, and discuss upcoming appointments or discharge plans when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans based on client needs and therapeutic goals.

• Document all client interactions meticulously in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine initial client needs and establish effective treatment pathways.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions on a weekly basis, utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to the specific issues faced by each client.

• Engage in ongoing clinical supervision and participate in team meetings to collaborate with fellow clinicians and healthcare professionals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our center, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including those experiencing substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. This role requires an understanding of a wide variety of psychological and emotional issues, enabling you to provide effective therapy that resonates with each individual’s unique circumstances. Our clients come from various backgrounds and face a multitude of challenges, and your job will be to empower them through support, understanding, and actionable guidance.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current and unrestricted License as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. We offer a Fee-for-Service compensation model with guaranteed rates, allowing you to receive payment ahead of collections, which eliminates financial stress.
