Drive Communication & Content Management: Create, publish, and maintain accurate and timely resource content for the Contact Center Support Process Improvement: Facilitate projects by collecting, distributing, and proofing information while evaluating process effectiveness Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with IT, Retail, Training, QA, and Systems teams to research application bugs and improve processes Enhance Training & Employee Engagement: Create brand, product, and seasonal training materials for associates Maintain Operational Excellence: Maintain knowledge of customer care systems, store operations, and eCommerce processes Perks you will enjoy!
