The team is responsible for End to End Program execution and delivery of strategic initiatives across Workday. The team comprises of Program Managers with core responsibility of successfully leading & delivering of Portfolio and Programs.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Sr. Program Manager to join Workday's Product & Technology (P&T) Portfolio Management Organization to lead Cyber Security related programs across Workday.The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic self-starter and proactive problem-solver who is capable of managing multiple complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving standardization, and communicating with executive stakeholders. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
