General Production Worker Join our team as a General Production Worker in the Cabinets department, where you'll play a crucial role in constructing the insides of signs. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with the potential for overtime and great training. Responsibilities Build and assemble the interior components of signs using various tools. Utilize hand tools, drills, and nail guns effectively. Perform medium to heavy lifting as required. Operate hand power tools safely and efficiently. Assemble and palletize shipments for distribution. Engage in pulling, packing, and loading tasks. Work independently as well as part of a team. Maintain strong teamwork and communication with colleagues. Ensure attention to detail in all tasks. Essential Skills 1+ year of machine operator experience in manufacturing, specifically in assembly work. Proficiency in using a tape measure and power drill. Ability to lift 20lbs to 40lbs comfortably. Additional Skills & Qualifications Mechanically inclined with experience using hand tools and drills. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Warren, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
