Accountabilities:

The Principal Product Manager will own the strategy and execution of AI-powered creation and growth initiatives, driving product experiences that improve customer activation, engagement, and long-term value. This role requires strong leadership, technical understanding, and the ability to align teams around ambitious product goals.

• Define the long-term product vision and strategy for AI-powered creation experiences, including intelligent content generation, recommendations, and user workflows.
• Establish activation strategies and success metrics that help customers reach value faster through AI-assisted onboarding and self-service experiences.
• Improve the quality, accuracy, and usefulness of AI-generated outputs by partnering with engineering, design, and data teams.
• Build and optimize product-led growth loops by analyzing user behavior, identifying opportunities, and iterating on customer journeys.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, analytics, design, and platform teams to deliver scalable and customer-focused solutions.
• Create clear product narratives and communicate strategy, priorities, and trade-offs effectively to executives and stakeholders.
• Define quality standards and advocate for exceptional user experiences across AI-powered product features.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader with a strong background in AI-driven products, growth strategy, and enterprise software. You should combine technical curiosity, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills to successfully navigate complex product challenges.

• 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years managing AI or machine learning-powered product experiences.
• Proven experience owning product-led growth initiatives, including activation, onboarding, self-service adoption, or customer expansion strategies.
• Strong understanding of generative AI and large language models, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
• Demonstrated success launching complex products or features from concept through execution and scaling.
• Strong analytical skills with experience defining metrics, running experiments, and making informed decisions with incomplete data.
• Experience building enterprise products while maintaining a strong focus on end-user experience and usability.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with the ability to influence teams and leadership.
• Experience with content generation, document intelligence, recommendation systems, marketplaces, or AI-assisted creation products is a plus.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
