Qualifications and Background:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current SLP licensure or eligibility in the state
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
• Experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings strongly preferred
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and implement individualized treatment plans for a diverse K-12 caseload
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and educational staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement therapy plans based on IEP goals and student needs
• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions in collaboration with teachers and other school professionals
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
• Provide resources and support to families, empowering them to reinforce student progress
• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain updated on best practices
