Qualifications:

• Active Maryland SLP license required.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage caseloads across multiple grade levels.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and students.

Your Role Will Include:

• Conducting speech-language assessments and developing individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Delivering high-quality therapy to students from elementary to high school, adapting strategies to meet varied needs.
• Maintaining accurate documentation, tracking progress, and providing updates to faculty and families.
• Participating in multidisciplinary teams, contributing expertise for student success.
• Engaging in professional development to remain current with best practices in pediatric speech therapy.

This position starts on August 24, 2026, and offers a pay range of $50–$55 per hour, with the flexibility to choose part-time or full-time hours.
