Product Manager

Abbott Cancer Diagnostics seeks a Product Manager to drive product development for digital solutions and customer experiences. The role involves translating user and business needs into requirements, collaborating across teams, and ensuring delivery meets stakeholder expectations for projects of low to medium complexity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as voice of customer for assigned product area, ensuring user needs inform delivery team priorities
• Translate business and user requirements into feature specifications and acceptance criteria for development teams
• Define key performance indicators and metrics to measure product success and drive data-informed improvements
• Collaborate with Quality Engineering, engineering, design, marketing, and support teams throughout development and launch
• Manage product backlog, prioritize work, and facilitate communication across cross-functional teams and departments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field; or high school diploma with 4+ years relevant experience
• 4+ years professional experience in product management or related duties
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana
• Understanding of software development processes
• Authorization to work in United States without sponsorship
• Experience in life science, healthcare, bioinformatics, wellness, or digital health (preferred)
• Knowledge of digital analytics, A/B testing, or design tools (preferred)
