Property Accountant - Needham

Key Details Base Pay Range: $80,000 – $90,000 Annual bonus up to 10% Work Arrangement: Hybrid Why This Job Is Awesome / Your Impact Benefit from a positive company culture focused on growth and development Contribute to a diverse portfolio of properties, including market, mixed‑use, and affordable multi‑family units Play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and operational accounting processes Develop your career within a collaborative and innovative team Responsibilities Record monthly gross potential rents, vacancy, and loss/gain to lease Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts such as cash, receivables, prepaids, payables, and accrued expenses Recalculate and adjust management fees as needed Ensure timely payment of mortgage and real estate taxes Maintain recurring payables and journal entries for each property Review and analyze general ledger activity; prepare and submit periodic reporting packages Support the external audit process and prepare workpapers Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in an Accounting or related Finance concentration Minimum of 2 years of residential property accounting experience Prior experience with Yardi software High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong knowledge of transactional and report generation #J-18808-Ljbffr ProPivotal
