Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance the Dayforce HCM system across core HR, payroll, and talent modules
- Configure system settings including workflows, permissions, and custom fields
- Coordinate system updates, patches, and enhancements with internal teams and vendors
- Act as a liaison between HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll to align system capabilities with operational needs
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide advanced support for HRIS-related questions
- Develop reports and dashboards to support workforce analytics and leadership decision-making
- Perform data audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance
- Assist with integrations and data exchanges between systems
- Translate business requirements into system configurations and document processes
- Support automation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
- Participate in system testing, upgrades, and change management activities
- Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and data governance standards
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting HRIS, HCM, or similar platforms
- Hands-on experience with system configuration and administration (Dayforce preferred)
- Strong understanding of HR processes including employee lifecycle, payroll, and benefits
- Experience with reporting, data analysis, and data validation
- Familiarity with system implementations, upgrades, or integrations
- Knowledge of compliance and data privacy standards
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Interview process consists of multiple stages including virtual and onsite meetings
- This is a high-priority hire with a targeted start date in April 2026
