Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What you’ll bring:

• Active Michigan SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Demonstrated experience or strong interest in school-based speech-language pathology
• Proficiency in conducting speech and language evaluations
• Knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and compliance
• Collaborative spirit to work effectively with educators, families, and other service providers
• Commitment to maintaining thorough and timely documentation

What you’ll do:

• Serve a caseload comfortably below the state maximum, offering students quality, focused services
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized goals based on student needs
• Implement IEPs and adjust approaches to maximize student success
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and team members to integrate communication strategies into daily activities
• Maintain records, participate in meetings, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
• Communicate progress and strategies to families and faculty
