The Assembler position is a long-term opportunity with the ability to learn and advance within the organization. The Assemblers will work as assembly technicians and operators, using hand tools to perform technical assembly and testing of electro-mechanical components and sub-assemblies. The ideal Assembler has prior experience in manufacturing, the ability to use hand tools, and strong attention to detail. The Assembler is a full-time, temp-to-hire position in Fremont, CA.Assembler Job Responsibilities:Perform Assigned Assembly Operations that may Include Assembly of Electro-Mechanical Components & Sub-AssembliesUse Hand Tools Effectively, Including Screwdrivers, Wrenches & Specialized EquipmentInspect Work Area to Ensure Necessary Tools, Consumables, Fixtures & Parts are Available and Current; Report Any Missing or Expired Materials Promptly to Supervisor or Cell LeadReport Assembly Issues, Discrepancies, or SOP Quality Concerns to Cell LeadersMaintain a Clean, Organized Workstation Adhering Strictly to 5S Methodology StandardsPerform all Duties Safely & Proactively Notify team Leaders of Unsafe Conditions or HazardsAttend all Mandatory Safety Meetings & Technical Training SessionsFollow all PPE & Safety GuidelinesOther Duties as AssignedAssembler Job Requirements:High School Diploma or Equivalent RequiredPrior Experience in Manufacturing or Electro-mechanical AssemblyKnowledge & Skill with Basic Hand Assembly & Mechanical ToolsStrong Attention to Detail & Ability to Read, Understand & Follow Precise Technical SOP'sAbility to Read, Write & Communicate in EnglishAbility to Lift & Carry 30-50lbs RegularlyPrideStaff Hiring Requirements:Must be 18+ Years OldMust be Willing to Submit to a Pre-Employment Background CheckMust be Willing to Submit to a Drug ScreenMust be Able to Provide Proof of Eligibility to Work in The U.S.Enhance your career with a full-time job with a great company, competitive wages, and let PrideStaff support you in your future employment endeavors. xhyhwjd Your future starts with PrideStaff!
