The Mechanical Assembly Technician collaborates closely with teammates and supervisors to support on-time, quality production, and contributes to a safe, efficient, and continuously improving production environment. Successful individuals in this role demonstrate mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through on standard work. As proficiency increases, the position expands in scope to include more complex assemblies, pressure/hydrostatic testing, equipment troubleshooting, and mentoring of less experienced technicians.
