We're Hiring a Director of Sales!

SpringHill Suites Winston-Salem Hanes Mall is seeking a dynamic and motivated Director of Sales to join our team in Winston-Salem, NC. If you are a sales professional with a passion for hospitality and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to drive performance and exceed goals
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
