*Schedule:* Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

* Handle inbound customer service calls from members
* Process payments, transfers, and account-related transactions
* Assist members with online and mobile banking services
* Deliver exceptional service while meeting performance metrics

*Key Responsibilities*
* Handle member customer service inquiries by phone
* Accurately process payments and transfers
* Assist with account maintenance and additional account services
* Support members with online and mobile banking questions
* Meet call quality, handle time, and after-call work standards
* Build trust and confidence through professional service
* Follow all compliance, security, and fraud prevention procedures
*Required Skills & Experience*
* Minimum 1 year of call center experience
* Strong customer service experience
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Experience working with performance metrics
