Lab Technician I

The Laboratory Support Technician will be responsible for supporting the Wet Chem laboratory by handling sample transport and disposal, and also performing some data entry functions

• Deliver samples that have been logged in by our Sample Receiving team to various areas of the laboratory, including other buildings around the campus
• Perform some reasonably basic data entry functions, which will mostly involve transcribing data recorded by our lab analysts from their handwritten worksheets into the company's LMS system
• Help with the organization of some sample storage areas. This includes removing old samples from the shelves and storing them in bins
• Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the different areas where you work
• Model our core value of safety by enabling a culture in which you are actively contributing to a safe work environment
• Other duties as required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 30 pounds multiple times per day
