The In-House Messenger is responsible for the efficient and timely delivery of documents, parcels, and messages within the organization. This role ensures smooth communication and support between departments by handling physical deliveries, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing general logistical support.

Responsibilities

• Sort, and deliver mail, documents, packages, and supplies to and from various departments and personnel.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and any items requiring signatures.
• Monitor and maintain visitor and staff sign-in/sign-out logs to ensure accurate records of building access.
• Ensure urgent and confidential documents are delivered promptly and securely.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of mailroom or messenger station.
• Operate and monitor elevator service to assist employees, visitors, and deliveries, ensuring safe and efficient transport in accordance with building procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
