Project Manager - Lending

Role - Project Manager - Lending Location - Remote in Peru - (onsite presence needed) Duration - Long Term Job Description: Job Profile Summary: Delivers multifaceted financial technology projects by coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking project progress, and aligning deliverables with strategic business objectives. Supports project planning, execution, and closure while ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and compliance standards. Draws on experience in project analysis and stakeholder engagement to improve project outcomes and drive continuous improvement. Provides guidance to team members and supports risk management activities. General Duties & Responsibilities: Execute tasks and objectives for moderately complex projects with general supervision Conduct routine analyses of requirements and recommend enhancements to project deliverables Identify project risks and contribute to risk mitigation strategies Set objectives and manage team assignments for designated project tasks Guide and assist entry-level professionals and support staff Coordinate effectively with stakeholders across project lifecycles Monitor project scheduling, progress, and address potential delays Apply industry knowledge to improve project and process efficiency Contribute to accomplishment of departmental results through project execution Education Requirements: University degree or equivalent experience 2-3 years of prior relevant project management experience preferred Product implementation experience is required Lending experience is required.
