Title: Route Service Representative (4 Day Workweek) Location: Marianna, FL, 32446 Requisition Number: 225636 Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route to service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced indoor/outdoor position where partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products. Our Route Service Representatives enjoy: Comprehensive 10-week training program Solid base salary and commission potential after assigned a route Most work a 4-day workweek Most work no nights or weekends Monthly/quarterly performance bonuses & incentives Key Responsibilities You are the face of Cintas to customers and must build rapport with key decision makers. Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
