Client Advisor - Nordstrom Seattle

Summary The Client Advisor drives individual and store sales by delivering personalized service, leveraging product knowledge, and maintaining and expanding a client book. The role also supports store operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and upkeep of the store image. Responsibilities Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals Use product knowledge to maximize sales, units per transaction, and transaction value Capture and maintain customer information in the database and follow up on client needs Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes; maintain and expand a client book Assist with shipping, alterations, receiving, inventory control, general housekeeping, and store presentation Requirements Minimum 3 years in a retail setting with a focus on sales, preferably in luxury Computer literate and able to learn various software packages Candidates with existing client books strongly preferred Passion for luxury product, service orientation, and customer focus Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
