Supporting the clinical practice, the full-time Senior Care Coordinator will manage insurance verification, provider referrals, and patient interactions while working remotely across the continental US. Key responsibilities Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for doula and midlife services Initiate and track provider referrals and prior authorizations Collaborate with operations teams to improve care coordinator workflows Required qualifications 3+ years of healthcare administration experience, preferably in virtual care Familiarity with insurance verification and in-network referrals Ability to navigate benefits and insurance questions for Medicaid and Commercial members Experience interacting with patients and providers via various communication channels Passion for women's health and a results-oriented mindset
