This role offers the opportunity to own and accelerate organic growth for a high-growth fintech and cryptocurrency platform through advanced SEO, content strategy, and digital PR initiatives. You will be responsible for building and executing strategies that increase visibility, attract qualified audiences, and drive measurable organic conversions. The position combines technical SEO expertise, content creation, analytics, and authority-building campaigns within a fast-moving digital environment. You will collaborate with product, marketing, communications, design, and compliance teams to transform complex financial topics into valuable content. This role provides significant ownership, allowing you to shape the organic growth roadmap and directly influence business performance. Accountabilities:

• Own and execute the complete organic growth strategy, including keyword research, competitive analysis, SEO roadmap development, and performance targets.
• Develop and implement technical SEO improvements across website architecture, crawlability, page speed, schema markup, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, and overall search performance.
• Partner with developers and designers to translate SEO requirements into actionable improvements and ensure new product launches follow SEO best practices.
• Manage SEO tools and reporting platforms such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog to identify opportunities and provide actionable insights.
• Create and optimize content strategies across blogs, landing pages, and educational resources, producing high-quality SEO-focused content.
• Write and edit accurate, engaging content that explains complex fintech and cryptocurrency topics clearly while maintaining compliance standards.
• Conduct content audits to refresh, consolidate, and improve existing content libraries for stronger performance.
• Develop and support digital PR initiatives through research-based campaigns, industry insights, and link-earning assets.
• Manage outreach opportunities through platforms such as HARO, Qwoted, and similar channels to secure high-authority media coverage.
• Monitor backlink performance, domain authority, referring domains, and earned media impact to continuously improve SEO strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align organic growth initiatives with broader marketing and business objectives.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of combined SEO and content marketing experience, ideally within fintech, cryptocurrency, financial services, or another regulated industry.
• Proven experience increasing organic traffic, improving rankings, and driving conversions through SEO strategy and execution.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge, including search algorithms, website architecture, page speed optimization, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.
• Demonstrated ability to independently implement SEO improvements and work closely with technical teams.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to create publication-quality content on complex financial and technology topics.
• Hands-on experience with digital PR, link-building strategies, and earning coverage from authoritative publications.
• Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and CMS platforms such as WordPress or Drupal.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS with the ability to make basic technical updates when needed.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into strategic recommendations and communicate insights effectively.
• Excellent collaboration skills with experience working across product, compliance, design, growth, and communications teams.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, fintech, local SEO, or data visualization tools is considered an asset.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing priorities and delivering measurable results.
