ABOUT OUR AGENCY

I opened my agency in 2022 and currently lead a team of four. State Farm has been a big part of my life - my dad was an agent for 38 years, and I spent 15 years working in his agency before becoming an agent myself. Outside of work, I'm a proud mom of two boys and understand the importance of building a career while maintaining time for family. Our agency offers a 401(k), paid time off, paid holidays, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We're also open to candidates without insurance experience and are willing to invest in the right person who is eager to learn and grow. Our culture is fun and welcoming while still maintaining a professional environment. I'm looking for someone who is personable, detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to pick up new things quickly. ROLE DESCRIPTION

As an Account Manager for Alexandra Vazquez - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred. Leadership and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Willingness to engage in sales conversations. #J-18808-Ljbffr Alexandra Vazquez - State Farm Agent
