Join our dynamic team as an Underwriter Associate, where you will play a key role in managing a high-volume workload while delivering exceptional service to our clients and insurance agents. This full-time position offers the opportunity to grow within the organization, with flexible workdays available after one year of employment.

• Manage and prioritize a high volume of client and insurance agent communications.
• Utilize Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, etc.) to streamline workflows and maintain effective communication.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance agents through professional and clear communication.
• Apply problem-solving skills to address client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Think outside the box to develop innovative solutions for client needs and process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Required:

• Bachelor's degree, no experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Outlook and Teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and insurance agents.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high workload.
• A team player with a proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
