Responsibilities Serve as a key finance partner to GTM teams, delivering BI and actionable insights focusing on operational efficiency, profitability, and growth. Lead annual sales budgeting process, and provide ongoing support and analytics around actual progress toward goals. Support development and execution of monthly sales commission processes, including partnering with Sales leadership to adapt programs as needed. Own development of new (and maintenance of existing) company‑wide KPI dashboards supporting a data‑driven, decision‑making culture across all levels of the organization. Own regular and ad‑hoc FP&A deliverables, including monthly reconciliations, variance analysis, and income statement and balance sheet preparation. Collaborate across the broader finance teams on ad‑hoc financial analyses, forecasting, and support for internal reporting requirements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or closely related field. Minimum 5 years post‑baccalaureate experience in FinTech, Tech, or Financial Services industry with US GAAP and Salesforce. Valid CPA license.
