Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in regular collaboration with your colleagues through staff meetings, group supervision, and one-on-one consultations with your manager and clinical supervisor.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to promote personal growth and emotional well-being.

• Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients and monitor their progress throughout the treatment process.

• Provide teletherapy options for clients who may face mobility challenges or prefer virtual sessions.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Big Cedar Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse population, including both adults and children. Your expertise will support individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, relationship issues, and family dynamics. You will provide effective therapy for a range of situations, from parenting support and couples therapy to addressing anxiety, depression, and other emotional disorders.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid and fully licensed LMFT designation within the state of Washington.
