Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses and formulate personalized treatment plans that address clients' unique needs.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, ensuring consistent support and follow-up with each client for their therapeutic journey.

• Develop and document ongoing treatment plans and progress notes in compliance with company policies, utilizing secure electronic health record systems.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and other health professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Engage in creative therapeutic interventions, leveraging innovative techniques to help clients achieve their goals.

• Provide exemplary customer service and accessible communication to facilitate the therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n
