Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish trusting and therapeutic relationships with clients, ensuring a safe space for them to express their thoughts and feelings.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 – $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes retirement options, an affordable new hire bonus, full pay for employees working 30 hours or more a week, a 401(k) plan with employer matching, and a pay-on-demand option. Additionally, our therapists enjoy mileage reimbursement, quarterly productivity bonuses, generous paid time off, holiday pay, and an annual bonus plan.
