This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced office environment, and is looking to gain valuable experience in both reception and Human Resources.If you have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and enjoy providing exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you!What You'll DoAs the Receptionist / HR Administrator, you'll serve as the first point of contact for employees, applicants, customers, vendors, and visitors while providing administrative support to the client's Human Resources department.Responsibilities include:Greet and assist visitors, applicants, customers, contractors, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.Maintain employee timekeeping records using Kronos and assist with payroll and attendance systems.Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.Prepare documents, reports, letters, and presentations using Microsoft Office.Assist with HR projects, employee records, and confidential documentation.Help coordinate meetings, customer visits, and company events.Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and meeting area.Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned.What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required (college coursework or business certificate preferred).2–3 years of experience in Human Resources administration or a similar administrative role.Accounting knowledge is strongly preferred.Excellent customer service and professional phone etiquette.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Experience with HRIS, payroll, or timekeeping systems such as Kronos, ADP, or PeopleSoft is a plus.Excellent organizational, recordkeeping, and multitasking skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.What Makes You SuccessfulWe're looking for someone who is:Friendly and welcomingHighly organized and detail-orientedA strong communicatorAble to prioritize multiple tasksProfessional under pressureA team player with a positive attitudeCommitted to providing excellent customer serviceLocation: Boyne City, MIJob Type: Temporary | Full-TimeSchedule: Monday–FridayPay: $25.00 per hourIf you're ready to bring your administrative, customer service, and organizational skills to a rewarding temporary opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
