Shipping & Receiving Associate

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team. This is a high-volume position that requires accuracy, organization, and the ability to keep up with a steady workload while making sure every shipment goes out correctly.

Our shipping department processes approximately 100–150 packages per day , so strong attention to detail is an absolute must.

Responsibilities

• Process and prepare approximately 100–150 outgoing packages daily
• Verify orders, quantities, shipping addresses, and shipping methods before packages leave our facility
• Create shipping labels and process shipments through UPS, FedEx, and other carrier systems
• Receive incoming deliveries and verify shipments for accuracy
• Keep shipping and receiving areas organized and efficient
• Assist with tracking shipments and resolving shipping discrepancies when necessary
• Enter and update information accurately in computer systems
• Communicate with other departments to ensure orders are shipped correctly and on time
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

• Able to prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy during busy periods
• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or fulfillment experience is preferred

Schedule

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position .

Schedule can be either:

8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
or
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Employment Requirements
