Job Description An exciting early-stage luxury lifestyle brand seeking an exceptional Industrial Product Designer to help bring a category-defining brand to life from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to work directly with the founder and core team, shaping the creative vision, product language, and physical brand experience from the earliest stages. Ideal for someone with exceptional taste, strong technical product development expertise, and a passion for luxury design, interiors, craftsmanship, and storytelling. What You’ll Do Design and develop hard + soft goods across home, tabletop, décor, textiles, lifestyle, and accessories from concept through production Translate creative direction and brand storytelling into thoughtful, production‑ready products Create sketches, 3D CADs, renderings, technical drawings, specifications, and presentations Source materials, finishes, manufacturing partners, and production techniques aligned with luxury standards Partner closely with factories, artisans, consultants, and vendors on development, prototypes, and production Manage timelines, approvals, technical feedback, and development workflows across categories Support packaging, physical brand touchpoints, styling, and launch execution as needed What You Bring 7+ years of industrial/product design, homeware, furniture, accessories, or luxury product development experience Strong portfolio with elevated aesthetic sensibility and technical rigor Experience developing products from concept through production with domestic + international manufacturing partners Strong understanding of manufacturing methods, engineering constraints, materials, finishes, costing, and feasibility Proficiency in Rhino, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, KeyShot, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar Entrepreneurial mindset with startup agility and strong ownership mentality #J-18808-Ljbffr 24 Seven Talent
