Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in Rochester, NH. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. If you have a knack for troubleshooting and a passion for keeping machinery in top shape, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems before they escalate.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve equipment reliability and performance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment as needed.
- Travel & Explore: Support customers across the Northeast (2–3 overnights/week).
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as an industrial maintenance mechanic or similar role.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
