Requirements
What You'll Do
- Tackle mechanical challenges: Install, repair, and troubleshoot industrial machinery with confidence and creativity.
- Minimize downtime: Conduct preventative maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.
- Precision alignment: Work closely with our Metrology & Optical teams to achieve laser-sharp machinery alignment.
- Deliver excellent service: Communicate clearly, work safely, and uphold exceptional professional standards.
- Travel & explore: Support customers across the Northeast (23 overnights/week).
What You Bring
- Hands-on mechanical expertise: Skilled with hand tools and hydraulic jacks; welding or plasma cutting experience is a plus.
- Tech-friendly mindset: Comfortable with basic computer programs (training provided).
- Attention to detail: You notice what others miss.
- Self-starter energy: Independent, reliable, and motivated.
- Customer-first attitude: Professional, trustworthy, and service-oriented.
- Travel flexibility: Willing to travel 50%75% of the time.
- Bonus skills: Forklift certification, CDL license, OSHA 10.
