Weekend Charge Nurse:

We are seeking a dedicated RN or LPN to join our team on the weekend day shift. This role is essential in providing high-quality care and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, person-centered care to residents.
• Monitor, assess and document residents' health and behaviors.
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Document care and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
• Oversee CNA's work on your shift

Qualifications:

• Psych experience preferred
• Current and valid RN or LPN license in Washington State.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Previous experience in residential or long-term care settings is a plus.

SCHEDULES

• Day Shift 7am-7pm
