Although the role is primarily remote, you will have the option to work from our newly designed outpatient office when desired. Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary duties will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients and developing individualized treatment plans that cater to their specific needs and goals.

• Providing therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, while addressing a wide array of issues such as grief and loss, job stress, communication difficulties, and adjustment to separation and divorce.

• Employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to empower clients in overcoming challenges, enhancing their emotional well-being and interpersonal relationships.

• Monitoring progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal client outcomes.

• Creating a safe and inclusive environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences and concerns.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to create a holistic approach to mental and physical health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including adults and adolescents, addressing issues related to:

• Conflict resolution and communication issues among family members.
\n
• Experiences of grief and loss and adjustments to life transitions, such as separation and divorce.

• Support for blended families navigating unique challenges associated with remarriage.

• Psychosocial issues stemming from job-related stress and medical concerns.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Preferred Experience\n

We welcome newly licensed therapists as well as experienced candidates. A flexible availability for 30 hours or more per week is essential. Familiarity with teletherapy practices and comfort in using digital platforms for therapy sessions will be advantageous as we maintain a hybrid care model.
