AP Specialist - Construction

Looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-volume AP environment .

What you'll be doing:
✅ Process 1,000-1,200 invoices per month
✅ Weekly check runs
✅ Employee expense reports & check requests
✅ Vendor statement reconciliations
✅ Track preliminary notices
✅ Assist with annual 1099 processing
✅ Support other accounting projects as needed

What we're looking for:
⭐ 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
⭐ Construction experience preferred
⭐ Viewpoint Vista experience is a plus, not required
⭐ Strong Microsoft Office/Excel skills
⭐ Excellent attention to detail
⭐ Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
⭐ Proactive, organized, and team-oriented
