Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a positive, trusting rapport with patients to foster a comfortable and safe environment.

• Diagnose and treat various mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and more.

• Create tailored treatment plans that address individual patient needs, circumstances, and goals.

• Conduct regular counseling sessions, both one-on-one and with couples, ensuring continuity of care and ongoing assessment of progress.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with patient development.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, providing a supportive space for shared experiences and collective growth.

• Refer clients to appropriate specialists as needed to ensure comprehensive care.

You will work with a diverse patient population in Camden, NJ, which includes individuals and families from various backgrounds and cultural identities. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
