You don’t just talk about solutions; you collect samples, run on-site tests, and diagnose chemical reactions to provide ironclad technical recommendations. Manage and expand our distribution channels while acting as a trusted advisor to key industrial decision-makers. Stay ahead of market trends and competitors, representing the brand at major industry events and turning technical data into winning business strategies. Work hand-in-hand with our engineering and operations teams to ensure the solutions you sell are executed to perfection. What You Bring A Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field. 3+ years of proven success in industrial water treatment sales. Deep knowledge of chemical applications and a "field-ready" attitude. You must be comfortable with on-site sampling and technical troubleshooting. Exceptional leadership, sharp negotiation skills, and a hunger to exceed KPIs. Ready to travel (approx. 33%) to meet clients where they are. Why Join Us?
