Talascend is currently seeking an Engineering Project Coordinator for a contract opportunity with our client in Atlanta, Georgia .


Overview


This role involves coordinating engineering projects to ensure proper utilization of company resources, managing project reports, schedules, meetings, and resolving technical issues. The position requires a focus on data-driven decision making, strong communication skills, and a passion to succeed.


Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering projects and ensure resource allocation
• Compile project status reports and develop project schedules
• Manage project meetings and facilitate communication among team members
• Identify and resolve technical problems that arise during projects
• Analyze requirements and define project scope, requirements, and deliverables
• Document all project activities and phases appropriately

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• At least 4-6 years of experience in engineering or a related area
• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field
• Experience with project coordination and technical problem solving
• Reliance on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Ability to perform a variety of tasks with a degree of creativity and latitude
