Are you a motivated sales enthusiast who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and closing deals? Do you thrive in a performance-driven environment where your income is directly tied to your results? If so, we want you to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative representing T-Mobile Business .
In this entry-level role, you'll work directly with small and medium-sized businesses, helping them discover innovative wireless and internet solutions that improve productivity while reducing costs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys face-to-face sales, prospecting, and developing long-term business relationships.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers.
- Present T-Mobile Business solutions, including:
- Business wireless plans
- Business Internet
- Mobile devices and tablets
- Voice and communication solutions
- Identify customer needs and recommend customized solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and manage an active sales pipeline.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
- Provide and learn sales training

Previous experience in any of the following is preferred:
- Outside Sales (any)
- Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales
- Telecommunications Sales
- Door-to-Door Sales (any)
- Retail Sales
- Outbound Cold Calling
- Account Management
- Business Development
Requirements
- Previous sales experience is not required but is preferred
- Work ethic, great positive attitude, coachable and student mentality
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check
- Must be at least 18 years of age (or turning 18 soon)
