Bookkeeper – Property Management | Full-Cycle Role | Onsite in Addison Are you a dependable, detail-focused Bookkeeper ready to support a growing property management firm based in Addison, TX. This is a full-cycle bookkeeping role responsible for support of daily front-office tasks. Location: Addison, TX | 100% Onsite Pay: $23.00 – $30.00/hour (BOE) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Type: Temp-to-Perm or Direct Hire What You’ll Be Doing • Full-cycle bookkeeping (CPA handles close/tax returns) • Manage payroll for 8–15 multi-state employees (manual) • Enter and reconcile transactions in QuickBooks Desktop 2024 • Process AP and reconcile bank statements (some manual entries) • Maintain accounting for 500+ tenants across 5 properties • Answer low-volume phone calls, sort mail, and handle filing duties • Support general office operations with administrative help To be eligible to apply you must have the following skills: • 3–5 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience • Strong command of QuickBooks Desktop (2024), Excel basics, and manual entry • Strong filing and organizational skills • 2+ years of front desk office experience • 3+ years payroll experience • Comfortable working solo or as part of a small team • Must pass a background check and maintain confidentiality By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
