Legal Assistant - In Person NO REMOTE WORK

Job Summary Clearwater law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant. The ideal candidate must have 2 years in litigation support experience. Position responsibility includes all aspects of handling cases from inception to settlement and/or trial. Must have the ability to draft pleadings, answer and propound discovery, analyze and organize discovery and mandatory disclosure documents, communicate with clients and experts, schedule hearings, e-file documents, and prepare attorney for hearings, depositions, mediations and trials. Proficiency in Word, Excel and DPA is required. Seeking a highly motivated and positive individual who is professional, has good communication skills and is able to work independently. Hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 to 5:00. are seeking a highly motivated Legal Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide assistance to judges and lawyers, ensuring they are able to carry out their duties. You will communicate with clients, compile case materials, and conduct research.
