Terminix Service, Inc . is looking to hire a full-time Customer Care Specialist for our Commercial Team . A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A COMMERCIAL CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST

As a Commercial Customer Service Specialist, you arrive at the office each day determined to provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly. Your primary responsibilities are to help ensure our customers are receiving service that exceeds their expectations, communicating with field employees to provide the service, process sales, services, payments, invoices, and update spreadsheets and logs. As the front line for our clients and a liaison to the pest control technicians and sales team, your excellent interpersonal and communication skills are an essential part of your success.

Your can-do customer service is often the first glimmer of hope for clients under siege and puts them at ease as you help them troubleshoot their issues and connect them with the services that they need. Your friendly, helpful demeanor comes through in all your interactions, whether in person or on the phone, and your attention to detail ensures that needs are met and accounts handled competently. You are never bored as there are always a variety of office tasks.

• Manage weekly UniFirst-tasks , including billing, complaint resolution, ordering uniforms for new employees, and collecting items from terminated employees.
• Oversee monthly equipment billing and ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Complete daily team procedures .
• At the beginning of each month , following closeout, prepare and manage the team's KIPs .
• Maintain at least two hours of daily phone coverage and provide additional phone support as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent teamwork and customer service skills.
• Positive, professional attitude that contributes to a productive office environment.
• Ability to work effectively with a variety of personalities, both within the office and among technician teams.
• General knowledge of office procedures and proficiency with basic computer systems and software.

Any experience in the pest control industry would be a plus but is not required. Do you have exceptional customer service skills and understand good phone etiquette?
